Finishing corner
1/ We upload the entire unit’s measurements and draw it in 2D (AutoCAD) with the furniture and present it to the property owner for approval.
2/ Make 3D drawings with the latest decorations and color coordination so that the property owner can see the design of the unit before starting the finishing process.
3/ Providing a valuation for the entire unit at current market prices
4/ After the property owner’s approval of the price comparison, we make the executive drawings
5/ The specialized engineer follows up on the site to ensure the quality of the work carried out in accordance with the engineering conditions

A modern-style room containing a bed, a dresser, 2 chairs, a table, a TV that rotates around its axis 360 degrees, a seating area behind the screen, a library for reading, some decorations, and visible and hidden lighting that gives a feeling of warmth and beauty.
A seating area is located on the third and last floor, so next to the TV appears a staircase, and to the right of the sofa there is a balcony, and to the left are some rooms and bathrooms. The scene consists of a sofa that resembles the letter (L), in front of it is a TV, wallpaper, and some hidden lighting that gives beauty and warmth.

The bathroom consists of gray ceramic, as well as bricks treated against water, and a white and gold tile in the middle of the wall separating the upper part from the lower part. It contains a shower cabin, a toilet, and a basin. The color harmony gives a feeling of comfort and beauty.”

This kitchen is made of polylac material beige and wooden , as well as some glass shatter, and contains all electrical appliances such as the refrigerator, dishwasher, deep freezer, stove, hood, oven, microwave, etc.

The living area consists of a large sofa that resembles the letter (L), but the small part of it is swivel. There is also a chair and a small table in the middle, and in front of it is a screen library made of marble and wood, giving a sense of luxury. To the left of the seat there is a small fountain and a women’s sitting area, as previously described.

A swimming pool 2.5 meters long and 3.5 meters long. It consists of a basin and a drain and some waterproof lighting that is illuminated at night. There is also a waterfall at a high height that drops water into the swimming pool.
